How it works
A plan for every week of your recovery
Tell Sali where you are, and it builds each day around your stage of rehab.
1
Tell Sali about your injury
Your injury date, whether you had surgery, which leg, and kg or lb. Sali starts you at the right week.
2
Follow today’s plan
Each day lists your exercises. Open one to see it move on an ankle diagram, with step-by-step cues.
3
Test to unlock the next stage
Simple strength tests, like holding half your body weight, show when you’re ready to progress.
Exercises
See every exercise in motion
A moving ankle diagram shows the range, the hold and the height line to reach. Clear steps cover the setup and what to feel.
Drawn for your injured leg, left or right
Sets, reps and hold times for your stage
Pause the diagram whenever you need

The four stages
From the boot back to sport
Sali follows four stages over about a year. The weeks are typical: in Sali, strength tests decide when you move on.
A · weeks 0–16
Protect & load
The boot protects the healing tendon while calf holds build load safely.
B · weeks 17–26
Into dorsiflexion
Single-leg strength, a normal walking pattern and the start of walk–run.
C · weeks 27–39
Running & plyometrics
Strength and power build up as running and hopping return.
D · weeks 40–52
Return & maintain
A graded return to sport, then two maintenance sessions a week.
Your recovery stays on your phone
Sali has no account and no servers. Your injury details, exercise log and test results are stored on your phone, and nothing is sent to us.
Made to work alongside your physio
Add physio and doctor appointments next to your exercises, and note the tests you did together. Sali is not a medical device, so always follow your clinician’s advice.
